About Me
Let's keep this simple.
On a personal level, I operate in line with a high-performance lifestyle meaning I exercise daily and challenge myself to grow in ways that are often uncomfortable. As often as I can, I chase adrenaline and adventure through snowboarding, mountain biking, sailing, jiu-jitsu, and kiteboarding.
Outside of this, I'm on a mission to help build an incredible future. Loving every minute I spent organizing TEDx events and Startup Weekends, I've set out on a journey to promote definite optimism through media, events, and immersive experiences. The through-line of my work, interviews, and projects is the revival and reimagining of the World's Fair.
I live in, and believe in, San Francisco.
The World’s Fair
The World’s Fair is a physical mega-event, similar to the Olympics, that is designed to show off all of the incredible intellectual and cultural achievements of humanity. It’s fallen out of fashion in the United States and I believe its revival to be one of the most important cultural project of our time. I founded World’s Fair Co. to lead this effort.
Our goal is to create, at the largest possible scale, an experience that will remind every guest of what humanity is capable of and, more importantly, ignite the ambition of every kid who visits to become a scientist, technologist, entrepreneur — to become a builder of the future.
We’ll know we’ve succeeded when future generations of builders attribute the World’s Fair (and our ecosystem) as inspiring their work.
